Cable exercise

Lateral Raise (Cable) form, muscles worked, and workout tracking

The cable lateral raise is an isolation exercise that targets the lateral head of the deltoid. Using a cable provides constant tension throughout the entire range of motion, making it an effective tool for building shoulder width and improving hypertrophy compared to traditional dumbbell variations.
