Cable exercise

Bicep Curl (Cable) form, muscles worked, and workout tracking

The cable bicep curl targets the biceps brachii by providing constant tension throughout the entire range of motion. It is commonly used as an isolation movement to build muscle hypertrophy and improve arm definition, offering a smoother resistance profile than traditional free weights.
