How to do Lateral Raise (Dumbbell)

  1. 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with palms facing your body.
  2. 2Maintain a slight bend in your elbows and keep your core braced.
  3. 3Exhale as you lift the weights out to your sides until your arms are parallel to the floor.
  4. 4Pause briefly at the top, then inhale as you lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with controlled movement.
