Reverse Snow Angel form, muscles worked, and workout tracking

The reverse snow angel is a bodyweight exercise performed face down while sweeping the arms in an arc from the hips to overhead, targeting the trapezius, rhomboids, rear deltoids, and rotator cuff. It is used in warm-ups, posture programs, and shoulder rehab because the continuous arc trains scapular control through a full range that few loaded exercises cover.
