How to do Bicep Curl (Barbell)

  1. 1Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with an underhand grip and arms fully extended.
  2. 2Keeping your elbows tucked at your sides, curl the bar toward your shoulders by contracting your biceps.
  3. 3Exhale during the lift and squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
  4. 4Lower the bar slowly to the starting position while inhaling, maintaining control and avoiding the use of momentum.
