How to do Seated Leg Curl (Machine)

  1. 1Adjust the seat and leg pad so the pivot point aligns with your knees and the pad rests securely above your ankles.
  2. 2Sit upright, engage your core, and grip the side handles for stability.
  3. 3Exhale as you flex your knees, curling your heels downward and backward toward the seat.
  4. 4Hold the peak contraction briefly, then inhale as you slowly return the weight to the starting position with controlled movement.
