How to do Leg Press (Machine)

  1. 1Sit in the machine and place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
  2. 2Release the safety handles and extend your legs fully without locking your knees.
  3. 3Inhale as you slowly lower the platform toward your chest until your knees are at a 90-degree angle.
  4. 4Exhale while pushing the platform back to the starting position using your heels.
  5. 5Maintain a controlled tempo throughout and engage the safety locks before exiting.
