Landmine Romanian Deadlift (Barbell) form, muscles worked, and workout tracking

The landmine Romanian deadlift is a hip hinge performed with one end of a barbell anchored in a landmine sleeve, lowering the loaded end along an arced path that keeps the weight close to the body while training the hamstrings, glutes, and spinal erectors. Lifters use it to groove hinge mechanics with a forgiving bar path, making it useful for beginners, rehabilitation settings, and hamstring accessory work.
