Incline Bench Press (Dumbbell) form, muscles worked, and workout tracking

The dumbbell incline bench press targets the upper portion of the pectoralis major and the anterior deltoids. By using dumbbells instead of a barbell, this movement allows for a greater range of motion and helps identify or correct muscular imbalances between the left and right sides of the body.
