Machine exercise

Chest Press (Machine) form, muscles worked, and workout tracking

The machine chest press is a stable, guided movement that targets the pectoralis major, anterior deltoids, and triceps. It is commonly used by both beginners and advanced lifters to build upper body pushing strength while minimizing the need for stabilization required by free weights.
