Machine exercise

Chest Fly (Machine) form, muscles worked, and workout tracking

The machine chest fly is an isolation exercise that targets the pectoralis major through horizontal adduction. It is commonly used to build chest hypertrophy and definition while providing a stable, guided range of motion that minimizes the need for stabilization compared to free weights.
