Deadlift (Barbell) form, muscles worked, and workout tracking

The barbell deadlift is a foundational compound movement that targets the entire posterior chain, including the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings. It is primarily used to build raw strength, improve functional pulling power, and enhance overall core stability.
