How to do Reverse Bicep Curl

  1. 1Stand tall holding a straight or EZ bar with an overhand grip at thigh level.
  2. 2Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and pin your elbows close to your sides.
  3. 3Curl the bar upward without letting your wrists bend or your elbows drift forward.
  4. 4Squeeze briefly near chest height, then lower under control to full elbow extension.
  5. 5Keep the movement strict and avoid swinging your torso.
