Machine exercise

Bicep Curl (Machine) form, muscles worked, and workout tracking

The machine bicep curl isolates the biceps brachii by providing a fixed path of motion and constant tension. It is commonly used to build muscle hypertrophy and muscular endurance while minimizing the involvement of secondary muscle groups like the shoulders or back.

  2. 2Grasp the handles with an underhand grip and fully extend your arms.
  3. 3Exhale as you curl the handles upward by flexing your elbows, keeping your upper arms pinned to the pad.
